Rental Charges

Toll Roads:

In Australia:

Australia has a significant number of toll roads in particular Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney all of which are cashless. Tolls vary dependent on the road used and the length of the journey. If a Customer travels through a toll collection point, the Customers credit card will be charged for the toll and an administration fee of A$3.02. The charge can be delayed by up to a month or more dependent on when the notification is received by us from the toll road operator.

Can I bring my own device?

Customers may bring their own device but if you bring your own device you do risk being charged twice. You can pre-pay your toll charges by purchasing a Toll Pass Waiver at time of collection. In New South Wales the daily fee is $55, Victoria the daily fee is $33. In Queensland & the Australian Capital Territory the daily fee is A$20.35.

Goods and Services Tax (AUD): 10%

Form Of Payment:

For customers with payment upon collection of the vehicle or have pre-paid for their rental costs, A plastic physical credit card must be in the name of the hirer and provided at the commencement of the car rental along with hirers drivers licence.

Australia - American Express, Diners Card, Visa & Master Card - 0.8% Excluding GST

Vehicle Relocation Charges: (Inc. GST)

 

We permit one-way rentals between many of its locations. Relocation fees are applicable to such one-way rentals, and are advised at time of reservation. Please note that in the event that the renter returns the vehicle to a location that differs from the one noted on the original rental agreement, then we reserves the right to charge a relocation fee based on the KM distance, up to $1,650 Inc.
